pranayama

There are three kinds of yoga breathings.
1.Dirga pranayama
It is called 3 parts of breathing.It starts from belly.you press your palms on the belly and in hale.you feel your belly expandind.Then in hale through rib cage till the lung.Exhale from lung to rib cage till the belly .you feel the belly contracts.
2.Ujjayi
it is called ocean sound.Exhale with your mouth open,making a "ha" sound,and then inhale making a "ah" sound.Continue this in a slow relaxed way.Continue the pattern of breathing as you close your mouth and move into ujjaya pranayama
